About This Role

- Oversee workshop schedules, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Ensure compliance with all servicing standards and legislation
- Mentor and support apprentices through hands-on development
- Drive workshop performance, organisation, and safety culture
- Collaborate with rental and field teams to maximise asset uptime

- Proven experience leading a technical or engineering team
- Strong organisational and scheduling skills
- Comfortable handling compliance, documentation, and safety standards
