The Role

As our Customer Experience Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer journey, by providing exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to enquiries, resolving issues and providing personalised solutions to customer needs. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining customer loyalty.

This role requires a high level of communication, problem solving and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively and proactively with customer and stakeholders.

The Person

We are looking for a motivated, passionate, and committed individual who is driven to deliver excellence every day and doesn’t settle for “good enough.” You will possess a solid understanding of customer needs and behaviours with strong organisational and communication skills.

Your previous experience may have been gained working for a major house builder or service provider but what is important is the willingness and ability to do the right thing.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong proven experience in customer journey, customer service, or related roles.
  • Ability to deliver an outstanding service level to align with customer experiences strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer advocacy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing excellent customer service.
  • Handle customer enquiries, queries and feedback.
  • Co-ordinate outgoing communications to customers via varied communication methods.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers.
  • Identify customer’ needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain customer records on our database.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Coordinate with other business units to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Extract and analyse monthly customer service data.
  • Utilise customer service data to identify opportunities for improvement within the business.
