Role: People Development Manager
Location: Leeds, South Lincolnshire or Liverpool (Hybrid, linked to either location)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Hybrid working. Monday - Friday 8.30- 4.30. Can be based at any of the company sites, which are situated East of Leeds, South Lincolnshire or Liverpool.
Fantastic opportunity to lead and coordinate learning and development activities across the UK & Ireland. Working closely with the HRD to deliver engaging learning experiences across the business.
The successful candidate will be hand on, resilient, have the ability to switch between supporting the HRD with strategic direction to designing and delivering learning content. You may be ready for a step up in your career and get the chance to showcase your experience and skills in a bigger role.
Our client is looking for a proven track record in a learning and development role ideally within Food, FMCG or manufacturing sectors.
