About the Role

Our client is looking for Intermediate UX Designers to join their growing consultancy. This role focuses on creating user-centric services that ensure ease of use and functionality. Working closely with user researchers and Agile teams, the UX Designer will support service design decisions through research insights, prototyping, and collaborative development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in Agile, multidisciplinary teams using a people-centred design approach.
  • Design end-to-end user journeys that offer an optimal user experience.
  • Use research and metrics to identify user pain points and enhance service design.
  • Produce artefacts such as user journey maps, navigation schema, sitemaps, and annotated wireframes.
  • Support usability testing with user researchers.
  • Facilitate workshops with team members and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the internal design community by sharing best practices.

Candidate Profile

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Passion for exploring and applying emerging UX, design, and technology trends.
  • Strong ability to anticipate user behaviours across typical and edge cases.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles for both mobile and web platforms.
  • Demonstrated UX design skills with a portfolio of relevant work.
  • Proficiency with rapid prototyping tools such as Sketch and InVision.
  • Strong consultancy mindset with a focus on client needs and sustainable outcomes.
  • Capability to coach clients to maintain and iterate on UX designs post-engagement.
