Marketing Campaign Manager
Location: Flexible (Remote or Office-based; travel to events/meetings required)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Campaign Manager to lead targeted marketing initiatives within specific sectors. This role is central to driving engagement and generating qualified leads to support growth objectives. The position offers flexibility in work location but requires travel for meetings and events as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end marketing campaigns in collaboration with the commercial team, tailored to target accounts and sector segments.
- Plan and deliver a quarterly schedule of account-based marketing and lead generation activities.
- Organize and manage events (e.g., webinars, round tables, breakfast meetings) to engage target audiences.
- Identify and execute sponsorship opportunities that align with campaign goals and generate leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective content strategies for lead nurturing and conversion.
- Work with creative partners to execute visually impactful campaigns.
- Set KPIs, forecast outcomes, report on performance, and analyze results to refine future campaigns.
- Monitor and act upon early engagement indicators (e.g., web activity, email clicks, social engagement) to progress leads toward MQL status.
- Qualify and nurture inbound enquiries through to the MQL stage before handover to the commercial team.
Candidate Profile
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably in professional services.
- Experience targeting central government and/or healthcare sectors is advantageous.
- Strong project and event management skills.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Competent in managing data, leads, and workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
