Opportunity: Portfolio Executive (12 month FTC)

Role::

As a Portfolio Executive at Greencore, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product portfolio while working with passionate teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep our product pipeline moving by managing the Project Master Plan, ensuring transparency and accuracy in product tracking.
• Be the linchpin of critical processes like IBP and ITP meetings, capturing outcomes and driving actions forward.
• Lead the charge in applying our Stage and Gate process, ensuring products meet timelines and exceed expectations.
• Analyze and refine our portfolio, challenging underperforming products to enhance profitability and efficiency.
• Provide support in all duties when the Portfolio Manager is absent, to ensure the continuation of all BAU processes, reporting, communication, and escalation

What We're Looking For:

• A natural with numbers and data, you thrive in analytical, detail-oriented environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, allowing you to influence at all levels.
• A proven ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping your eye on critical KPIs and deadlines.
• Experience in food manufacturing, NPD/EPD, or commercial roles in FMCG
