Are you a Site Manager with a background in fit-out projects and a strong understanding of Network Rail environments (non-trackside)? We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established contractor delivering a series of fast-paced fit-out schemes across Yorkshire.

About the Role:This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity to join a respected contractor who is delivering a number of fit-out projects for Network Rail. Project values typically range from £200k to £1m and cover a variety of locations between York and Doncaster.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee fit-out projects from pre-start to completion

• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to spec

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team

• Maintain accurate site records and ensure compliance with all relevant safety procedures and standards

Requirements:

• SMSTS or SSSTS (Essential)

• CSCS Card (Essential)

• First Aid Certificate (Essential)

• Previous experience managing fit-out works

• Experience working on Network Rail projects (non-trackside environments only)

• Willing to travel across multiple sites in the Yorkshire region

• Full UK driving licence

Package:

• £50,000 per annum

• Company van and fuel card

• 12-month fixed term contract
