KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.Job Title: Spectator Safety Assessor / TutorWe have 2 opportunities available;X1 Wigan or London based - Trainer / Assessor with more face-to-face delivery to groups.X1 Remote / Online and office based - Assessor / Marker - Spectator Safety Salary: £29,000 + expenses / Benefits Type: Full Time, Permanent (Hours to be discussed with your Recruiter) Essential Criteria for all candidates:

• Must hold either an Assessors award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) AND/OR a Level 3 Teaching qualification.
• Must hold own Level 3 in Spectator Safety (or above).
• Experience of delivering accredited courses is desirable.
• Happy to deliver training in-person and online.
• Hold solid occupational experience within Spectator Safety, as a Grounds Safety Supervisor or Officer.
• Driving licence and a vehicle - candidate must be flexible with travel.

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of learners working towards qualifications in Spectator Safety up to Level 4.
• Deliver engaging training and support learners through their qualifications both in-person and online remote sessions (group and 1:1 basis) – role dependent
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.

• Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
• Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learner.
