We are seeking a Candidate Resourcing Coordinator to join our client's dynamic recruitment team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting candidate journeys from initial application through to placement.

About The Role

Reporting to the Associate Director, the Candidate Resourcing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle for candidates. From onboarding and compliance to interview coordination and candidate care, you'll ensure all processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for candidates, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the team to attract high-quality candidates through effective resourcing strategies.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • Manage all documentation, including contracts and reference checks, ensuring timely completion.
  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates, offering guidance and answering queries throughout the process.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and assessments promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure all recruitment activity complies with current employment legislation and best practice standards.
  • Support with on-call duties as required, providing timely assistance to candidates.
  • Monitor and enhance candidate satisfaction, proactively resolving issues when they arise.
  • Contribute to team meetings and ongoing recruitment initiatives.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a recruitment, HR, or compliance coordination role is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach and a genuine interest in candidate care.
  • Familiarity with recruitment databases or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.
