Justmylook is one of the UK's fastest growing beauty retailers. From salon-exclusive hair care ranges to on-trend cosmetics, we're trusted by hundreds of thousands of beauty lovers to deliver cutting-edge products directly to their door. We are now looking for a Buyer (would also consider a Senior Buyer) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Managing & buying a selection of brands in the Justmylook portfolio. 

- Negotiating promotions with suppliers, so that Justmylook can continue to present exciting & unique offers to our customers.

- Chasing overdue orders, satisfying back-orders and communicating with the warehouse to inform them of delivery dates.

- Monitoring spikes in sales, to ensure Justmylook has stock on hand to cater for current demand.

- General stock file housekeeping, including the creation of codes on our system for new products.

- Adhering to a buying cycle and ensuring that monthly orders are created and sent to suppliers on time.

- Reviewing stock levels versus sales out data to make relevant recommendations where needed.

- Supporting other teams on an ad hoc basis, with roles that will potentially be outside of a traditional buyer's duties.

Essential Skills & Requirements

- 3-5 years experience buying role, ideally in beauty.

- Ability to work efficiently and to tight deadlines in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.

- Highly numerate with strong analytical skills.

- Have a genuine interest in the beauty industry.

- Ability to be flexible, as per the business' requirements.

Reporting to: Sales Director

Location: Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire. 10-15 minutes outside of Leeds city centre - hybrid working considered.
