About The Role
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role within the UK Commercial Finance team to support one of the largest divisions in the group. Your expertise will drive key processes such as forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making through insightful reporting and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Board Reporting: Lead the UK board reporting process, collaborating with the UK Finance Director to deliver high-quality reviews and insight.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Assist in producing divisional monthly forecasts and budgets to ensure accurate future revenue and profit expectations.
- Data Analysis: Own and produce high-quality reporting and analysis for the division, offering actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Bid Support: Provide commercial submissions for strategic bids within the division, supporting decision-making processes.
- Process Improvement: Champion continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on automation and simplification for process efficiencies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with accounts, the wider UK Finance Team, divisional Directors, group FP&A, and operational teams.
- Qualification: Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
- Experience: Proven expertise in FP&A and board reporting is essential.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to manage, analyze, and present complex financial data effectively.
- Communication: Confident in communicating financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach, ensuring accuracy and the highest quality output.
- Autonomy: Self-motivated and proactive, with a mindset for continuous improvement.
