What You Will Do
The role of Fines Administrator provides efficient and accurate administration and support to the Driver Services Team.
Duties Can Include But Not Limited To
- Process fines, penalty charge notices and congestion charges.
- Complete all documentation correctly, attaching all relevant customer paperwork.
- Ensure computer records are accurate and up to date.
- Generate letters to the authorities ensuring that the information completed is accurate.
- Ensure that payments are processed where necessary.
- Liaise with customers and employees.
- Process refund credits and generate invoices as required.
- Scan, upload and check fine and vehicle documentation received accurately updating the database.
- Assist in managing a shared email inbox.
- Complete the daily trip to the post office, for return of representations which cannot be made online.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar or administration role
- Clean driving licence
- Methodical and process driven
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- Work well under pressure especially during peak periods
- Good numeracy & literacy skills
- Good IT skills, including an understanding of Microsoft packages
- Proven communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organisation skills to effectively manage and prioritise workload
