We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Estimator or Senior Estimator to join our team and lead the commercial estimates of a wide range of civil engineering, building and construction projects throughout England and Wales.

As our new Estimator, you'll work closely with our framework teams and operational colleagues to develop estimates, while also being an integral part of our larger Bidding and Estimating department. Allowing you the chance to gain hands-on experience from the people delivering the projects and benefit from the support of our experienced estimators across the company.

For this role, we are looking for applicants that offer:

• Experience in a similar role from a civils/construction background
• Attention to detail and commercially astute
• Familiarity of working with NEC Form of Contract
• Understanding of commercial, contractual and procurement processes
  
  

With typical projects ranging in value from <£1m to in excess of £30m it presents you with a variety of schemes of differing scale, complexity, and scope.
