A client of ours is urgently looking for a Scrum Master to join their team in Leeds! Scrum Master £450 per day Inside IR35 Leeds (Hybrid 3 days a week)You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and key stakeholders to drive high-quality outcomes, ensure smooth delivery, and help shape scalable processes...Must have strong comms, and be able to provide sufficient detail when it comes to your successes and experience as a Scrum Master. We're looking for strong Scrum Masters/Delivery Managers who can get the most out of their team and drive value forward in a high-value portfolio.

Less delivery management responsibility here, but you need to be A1 when it comes to your capability, dedication and approach as a Scrum Master. Not just about facilitating events, you need to be optimising how your teams deliver, creating a psychologically safe space for them, protecting them from blockers and changes in priorities and ensuring that they meet their targets, whilst enjoying the environment they work in.
