Your Role As Growth Specialist

We are on the lookout for a talented and self motivated Growth Specialist to join our team, working to find new opportunities across our digital marketing products and services.

Main Accountabilities

  • Prospecting, growing sales pipeline and making cold calls to generate and qualify leads.
  • Personalised Email and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Seeking out new clients and new sales opportunities.
  • Building out target prospecting lists in a range of sectors.
  • Initiating campaigns to approach and generate new business.
  • Answering client queries and providing relevant information to ensure the companies maximum sales potential is realised.
  • Updating all information on our internal CRM system.
  • Keeping up to date with industry and company trends and developments

What we’d like you to bring to the role:

We are looking for someone with boundless energy, grit and determination to generate leads from cold calls, email and LinkedIn. This role has huge opportunity with the potential for career development in a rapidly growing business with ambitious plans for the future.

Essential

  • Experience working in a sales environment or similar eg: recruitment
  • Evidence of working to targets
  • Ideally an understanding of the digital industry, be that Performance Media, Web and ecommerce or Data Intelligence
  • Commercial awareness, with an ability to maximize opportunities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High standard of written English and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage workload and priorities
  • Ability to deal with and influence senior decision makers
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
