As Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for providing an accounts payment service to several legal entities, covering the payment of supplier invoicing, plus colleague T&E reimbursement.

Accountabilities And Responsibilities

  • Timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, both in GBP and EUR
  • Producing weekly payment runs ensuring all entries are valid, accurate and complete
  • Seeking out and implementing improvements in the way we work together within our Accounts Payable team
  • Be a subject matter expert for all things Accounts Payable and P2P
  • Build key relationships with colleagues both within our finance function and the wider business
  • Liaising closely with our external suppliers


What We Need From You

  • Experience of working within transactional finance team, including Accounts Payable
  • Experience dealing with international suppliers and invoices
  • Experience or working knowledge of COUPA/Oracle is desirable
  • Adaptable and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
