Business Support (Hybrid - Telford or Leeds Preferred)

 


We’re looking for a Business Support professional to join our growing team. This role is key to keeping our projects running smoothly by managing purchase orders, setting up projects in our systems, invoicing, and generating reports. If you have strong SAP skills and a proactive, detail-focused mindset, we’d love to hear from you.

 


What you’ll do:
• Process purchase orders and set up new projects in SAP.
• Generate and issue invoices and KPI reports.
• Support project managers by tracking budgets and updating forecasts.
• Work closely with finance, tendering, and commercial teams to streamline operations.

 

 

What we’re looking for:
• SAP experience is essential (or a strong willingness to learn).
• Confident working with financial data, budgets, and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• A team player who communicates well and can adapt to different personalities.

 


Location & Working Style:
• Hybrid role, with a preference for Telford or Leeds.
• The team meets in person regularly, but office attendance is flexible.
