We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Dietician to join our team on bank basis.

To provide highly skilled and specialised assessment and treatment for patients in the inpatient and outpatient service.

Spire Leeds Hospital, located in Roundhay, Leeds, has been treating patients for almost 30 years. We are the region’s largest private hospital in terms of the range of services we offer and the number of consultants we work with. The hospital offers a range of services and facilities including four operating theatres, a sterile services department, a dedicated endoscopy suite, and a diagnostic and imaging department with an MRI and CT scanner. There are outpatient and physiotherapy departments providing services six days per week

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop practice in the assessment of health and wellbeing needs related to dietetics.
  • Develop. practice in addressing individual's health and wellbeing needs related to dietetics
  • Provide and receive complex, sensitiveor contentious Information.
  • Develop knowledge and practice in the field of dietetics.
  • Develops a working environment and culture that actively improves health, safety-and security.
  • Develop and improve dietetic services.
  • Lead others in the development of knowledge, Ideas and working practices related to dietetics.
  • Apply technology for measurement, monitoring and treatment of patients related to dietetics.
  • Plan, allocate, assess and providefeedback to team members.
  • Undertake Human resource activities for all members of the team.

Who We're Looking For

  • Competence across a range of· dietetic skill. Supported by professional and specialist knowledge acquired through degree [ BSE Honours in dietetics or equivalent qualification].
  • Registration with the Health Professions Council and the British Dietetic Association.Post graduate experience of at least 2 years.
  • Evidence of post registration continual professional development in relevant short courses.
