As the Catering Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for catering services across the site. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring high standards of service delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional client service.

What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day catering services, ensuring operational excellence.
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with the client and key stakeholders.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team across site.
- Drive service innovation and proactively identify and develop organic growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure financial performance targets are met.
- Deliver consistently high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Proven experience as a catering manager.
- Strong background in building and maintaining successful client relationships.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, with a focus on service improvement and growth.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills – able to inspire, develop, and lead large teams.
- Financial and commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets and driving efficiencies.
- Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills.
