PERMANENT CONTRACT

Location: Sherburn in Elmet

Salary

£34,000 per annum - AM Shift (06:00 - 14:00)

£36,000 per annum - PM Shift (14:00 - 22:00)

We are currently recruiting an experienced Warehouse Team Leader / Supervisor to lead, motivate and support a team of warehouse operatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities As a Warehouse Team Leader / Supervisor

• Lead and supervise a team to achieve daily operational targets
• Coordinate and oversee picking, packing, goods-in and dispatch activities
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching and address issues as they arise
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and health & safety procedures
• Support operational planning to meet customer demand and service levels
• Liaise with managers and other departments to ensure smooth workflow
  
  

Warehouse Team Leader / Supervisor - Requirements

• Proven experience in a warehouse team leader, supervisor or similar role
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and health & safety standards
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Flexible to work a 5 out of 6 shift pattern (Sunday always off; every other Saturday required)
• Own transport essential due to site location and limited public transport options
