Description
- Credit Controller:
- Manage the full credit control process, including issuing invoices and following up on overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and client communications.
- Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting of receivables.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support payment collection.
- Monitor client accounts for overdue balances and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support month-end and year-end financial reporting activities related to credit control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
A Successful Credit Controller Should Have
- Experience in managing accounts receivable within the property or a similar industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- An understanding of financial regulations and credit control processes.
- Competitive salary in the range of £30000 to £34000 per annum, dependent on experience.
- A fixed-term contract with potential for career growth within the property industry.
