As our new Business Analyst, you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. You’ll become part of a wider business analysis practice, defining and owning the requirements for an initiative from inception to the point it goes live. You’ll facilitate stakeholder workshops; display skills in interviewing, effective questioning and have the ability to capture valuable output that you can build further analysis on.

- Work closely with our delivery teams to ensure all parties have a clear idea of what is to be delivered, using sessions like ‘3 Amigos’.
- Run estimation sessions to understand the effort to deliver any requirements captured.
- Understand and document any areas of risk, dependencies, or compliance impacts.
- Work hand in hand with many different internal departments to understand the needs of the business.
- Work closely with counterparts in digital product management, design, and software engineering to support the delivery of one or more initiatives that meets the operational and financial targets of the business.
- You’ll have experience of working as a business analyst, ideally in an agile environment.
- Experience of using and working with data.
- You’ll have a familiarity with an array of backlog management tools.
- You’ll be personable, proactive and inquisitive with an analytical mind.
- You’ll have experience in working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing workloads and prioritising appropriately.
