About The Role

• Location: Element House, Ring Road, Lower Wortley, Leeds, LS12 6AB
• Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
  
  

Responsibilities – But Not Limited To

To support the credit control team in a variety of administration jobs including:-

• Cash Allocation
• Raising Credit Notes
• Processing the admin behind cancelling jobs
• Responsible for the Credit Control Admin Inbox
• Uploading Invoices on to Portal
• Organising Post and sending it out
• Project work with Credit Control manager
• Covering sickness and holidays
  
  

Experience And Qualifications Required For The Role

• We are looking for someone who can prioritise their time efficiently, self motivated and confident to handle challenges
• IT efficient
• Data Inputting Skills
• Excellent communication skills via phone and email
