We’re looking to hire a Crew Roster Analyst to join our Crew Planning and Development Department.
Reporting to the Ops Resource Analytics Manager, our Crew Roster Analyst will be responsible for producing both weekly and monthly reports to allow for accurate and timely decisions to be made in relation to productivity, costs and efficiency savings.

What You’ll Be Doing

What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive business performance by delivering high-impact reporting on crew utilisation, safety, efficiency, and performance—transforming complex data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions across the organisation.
- Enhance safety and compliance by analysing crew duty patterns to identify and mitigate fatigue-related risks—supporting regulatory alignment and promoting long-term crew wellbeing.
- Optimise operational effectiveness through the design and evolution of performance frameworks, tracking KPIs around fatigue exposure, scheduling efficiency, and workforce satisfaction—enabling early intervention and continuous improvement.
- Enable cross-functional alignment by collaborating with planning, ops, safety, HR, and finance teams—ensuring crew strategies support compliance, innovation, and long-term competitive advantage.
- Educated to A Level standard as a minimum.
- Good written and spoken communication and presentation skills, with excellent time management and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Logical and methodical approach to work, with exceptional attention to detail and advanced knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programmes such as Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience of working with large data sets, ability to produce statistical reports, experience of working in a planning/rostering environment and SQL and Python experience are all desirable but not essential.
