Royal Armouries is expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Regional Recruitment Consultant to help drive our continued success. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with people, and is confident managing recruitment across multiple sites.
Your Role
As a key member of our people team, you’ll be responsible for recruiting and coordinating staffing solutions for a wide variety of locations — from museums and events venues to forests and zoos. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and site leaders to ensure staffing needs are met on time and to a high standard.
In addition to recruitment, you’ll support the processing of weekly timesheets, assist in HR administration, and ensure compliance procedures are followed. Your ability to stay organised and responsive across a broad region will be vital in keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple sites within your region.
- Coordinate staff allocations to ensure the right people are placed at the right locations.
- Process and verify timesheets in line with weekly deadlines.
- Support HR processes, including onboarding, inductions, and policy compliance.
- Act as a first point of contact for staffing issues or workforce queries.
- Travel occasionally between sites to support venues and ensure high service standards.
- A proven track record in hospitality recruitment or HR — you know how to find and place the right talent quickly.
- A genuine people person who thrives on daily interactions with a variety of characters.
- A master multitasker with sharp prioritisation skills — you keep all the plates spinning without breaking a sweat.
- A true team player who believes collaboration is key to success.
- Holder of a valid driving license with access to your own vehicle, ready to travel between multiple sites.
- Organised, proactive, and tech-savvy, with confidence across Microsoft Office tools.
