Are you a communications professional with a drive for engagement and innovation? TPT is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager - Engagement, to lead on designing, delivering, and assessing campaigns that strengthen connections with our members and employers.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading, developing and managing innovative communication activities and campaigns to boost engagement for members and employers.
• Leading the design and implementation of campaigns using our CRM system.
• Working with the Head of Marketing and other stakeholders to implement engagement strategies.
• Developing new ideas to improve engagement and lead relevant research.
• Reporting on performance and future plans to leadership and committees.
• Leading on the use of various communication channels, from print to digital and social media.
• Managing and evaluating marketing agencies and suppliers.
• Promoting TPT’s brand and ensuring communications follow brand guidelines.
• Building relationships across TPT to meet business needs and prioritise resources.
• Deputising for the Head of Marketing as needed.
• Attending the Marketing Leadership Group to help steer departmental strategy.
• Staying current on digital trends and managing the engagement marketing budget.
• Assisting in mentoring the Marketing & Communications Team and collaborating across departments.

Skills & Experience

The ideal applicant will have:

• A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven senior-level marketing experience in communication engagement programs from within pensions or financial services.
• Experience with CRM systems (desirable), and knowledge of brand and budget management.
• Expertise in digital platforms and digital innovation.
• Ability to create and present engaging presentations.
• Experience in market research projects.
• Experience delivering communications campaigns across varied channels.
• Confident project management and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.
