Overview
Our client, a prominent international professional services firm, is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their collaborative HR Business Partnering team. This is a strategic and operational role supporting business engagement, performance, and retention through comprehensive HR advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, providing effective HR advice and guidance
- Support recruitment activities including secondments, onboarding, and leavers
- Manage employee relations matters, absences, and benefits-related queries
- Contribute to performance review cycles, salary reviews, and promotion processes
- Produce management information (MI) reports and lead on internal HR projects and surveys
Candidate Profile
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven HR experience, particularly in a business partnering capacity
- Graduate level education and/or CIPD qualification (desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Organised and capable of managing complex and varied workloads independently
- Proficient in Excel and data reporting
