With a strong in-house marketing, CRM, and copy function, they are focused on delivering meaningful and user-centred communications at scale. This role sits within a dedicated product squad, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to improve user engagement and experience.

The Role and Deliverables
* Lead creative direction across marketing campaigns, spanning web, email, app, and social channels
* Design visually compelling and emotionally engaging layouts and campaign assets
* Translate complex messaging into clear, user-focused creative outputs
* Collaborate with copy, CRM, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
* Introduce creative thinking into a data-driven environment, balancing insight with emotion
* Explore the use of AI tools for ideation and rapid creative prototyping

Your Skills & Experience
* Strong experience as a Creative Lead or Senior Marketing Designer in digital environments
* Proven ability to deliver high-quality creative across multiple channels, including web, email, and app
* Experience working within healthcare, public sector, or similarly regulated environments is highly desirable
* Ability to bring emotional intelligence and tone of voice into creative work
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including CRM and marketing
* Interest in using AI to support creative ideation and workflow efficiency
