Senior Tech Recruitment Consultant — 360 or 180 | Brio Logic

Remote (must be within commuting distance of Leeds) | £35k–60k base + strong tiered commission, no thresholds.

We're hiring experienced tech recruiters to own a desk inside Brio Logic our Data, AI, and Software Engineering brand. UK and International desk, warm market, real autonomy, and a business building towards employee ownership.

The role (360 or 180)

• Own a niche end-to-end, or partner with a delivery-paired consultant on a 180 split
• New business across email, LinkedIn, phone, and events, supported by our daily BD intelligence pack
• Build a repeat-client book, not a transactional pipeline
• Deliver shortlists to clients actually interview
• Use the tooling. It exists so you bill more, not less.

Who we want to talk to

• 2+ years tech recruitment, consistently billing in a 360 or strong 180 role
• Track record of winning new logos and placing senior/specialist tech talent
• Relationship-led, not spray-and-pray
• Within commuting distance of Leeds fully remote day-to-day, but close enough for periodic team days
