HSE Advisor (field based) - #2078438

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a growing manufacturing & installations business who are looking to recruit a HSE Advisor to work within the field. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic business at an exciting stage of growth, where health, safety and environmental performance are central to operational success.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and delivering the organisation’s HSE strategy, ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a proactive safety culture across multiple sites and operational activities.

This is a field based role.

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Health, Safety & Environmental strategy
• Ensure compliance with all relevant UK legislation and industry best practices
• Lead risk assessments, audits, and site inspections across operational locations
• Investigate incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
• Promote a strong safety culture through engagement, coaching, and training
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and safe systems of work
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics to senior leadership
• Support operational teams in delivering safe and efficient working practices
• Liaise with external stakeholders, regulators, and auditors as required
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business

I'm keen to speak to HSE professionals with the following skillset:

• Proven experience in a field based HSE role - construction/installation
• Strong working knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation
• NEBOSH or equivalent qualification preferred
• Experience working within manufacturing, engineering, construction, or operational environments
• Demonstrable experience driving cultural change and continuous improvement
