A highly respected legal practice with an award-winning Corporate team, recognised by The Legal 500, is looking to appoint a talented Corporate Solicitor / Associate (1–6 years PQE).

The firm is currently undergoing an exciting period of strategic growth, having strengthened its Corporate offering through a number of high-profile Partner hires in recent years.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and ambitious team, working on a broad range of high-quality Corporate matters, including:

• Sales and acquisitions
• Mergers & Acquisitions
• MBIs / MBOs
• Private Equity & Venture Capital transactions
• Capital raising
• Takeovers
