HR Manager – Part Time - #2079160

Sharp Consultancy are currently supporting a business specialising in the Oil based in Otley who are looking for a Part Time HR Manager. This role will be suited to someone who has their CIPD Level 3 qualification.

Job Duties:

• Overseeing the HR function for 110 employees
• Onboarding and Off-boarding of employees
• Ensuring records are kept up to date using the system
• Assisting managers with any grievance processes
• Dealing with any other issues that may arise
