Role Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor to join a growing and well-regarded Casualty team in Leeds. Working within a supportive and collaborative environment, you will handle a broad caseload of Employers’ Liability and Public Liability matters on behalf of insurer clients.

This role offers exposure to high-quality litigation work, insurer advisory matters, and clear progression opportunities within a global organisation that values long-term career development over short-term targets.

Candidate Profile/Experience Needed

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE
• Experience handling defendant personal injury claims
• Strong background in EL/PL litigation
• Confident managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
• Good understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules
• Commercial and pragmatic approach to legal problem solving
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Collaborative attitude with an interest in supporting junior colleagues
