Client Services Coordinator

Employment: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm)

Location: Hybrid (Leeds-based office, minimum 3 days onsite)

We’re working with a fast-growing fintech business in the payments space that’s making a real impact on how merchants manage and scale their payment operations. Known for their collaborative culture and customer-first mindset, they partner with a diverse portfolio of businesses to deliver secure, scalable, and seamless payment solutions. As they continue their rapid growth, they’re looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join their Operations team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional merchant experience.

The Opportunity

You’ll sit at the heart of the customer journey, supporting a portfolio of merchants and acting as a key point of contact. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days look the same. You’ll be instrumental in:

• Delivering outstanding day-to-day merchant support

• Resolving queries quickly and effectively

• Supporting onboarding, account changes, and closures

• Working closely with technical, sales, and finance teams

• Helping merchants get the absolute best out of their payment solutions

• Delivering training and improving overall customer success

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in customer support or administrative roles

• Strong communication skills with a genuine customer-first approach

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

• Confident working across different teams to solve problems

• Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems
