Due to demand and growth, we're expanding across Yorkshire and surrounding areas, looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join our growing team as a Field Sales Executive.
This role would suit someone with experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, direct sales, home improvements, broadband, telecoms, utilities, security systems, alarms, CCTV or installation-based roles.
Unlike many field sales positions, you'll benefit from a steady flow of qualified appointments generated by our internal team, while still having the freedom to develop your territory, generate your own opportunities, and maximise your earnings.
You'll manage the customer journey from consultation through to installation, helping homeowners protect what matters most with professionally installed home security solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
Attending qualified appointments booked by our internal team
Conducting professional home security consultations
Assessing customer requirements and recommending tailored alarm and CCTV solutions
Generating additional sales opportunities within your territory
Completing the installation of Security Systems
Demonstrating systems and providing customer handovers
Managing the customer journey from enquiry through to installation
Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
Representing the company professionally at all times
What We're Looking For:
Essential
Experience in field sales, direct sales, canvassing, door-to-door sales, installations, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Comfortable working towards and exceeding targets
Full UK Driving Licence
Experience generating your own leads and opportunities
Desirable but not entirely essential
Experience within the security industry
Alarm or CCTV installation experience
Home improvement, telecoms, broadband or utility sales experience
Basic DIY or practical installation skills
