A growing technology and managed services business is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee its Service Desk and Professional Services teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced service leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, building customer relationships, and driving service excellence.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
Leading Service Desk and Professional Services teams
Improving service performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
Acting as a key escalation point for customer issues
Building trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Driving continuous improvement across systems, workflows, and service processes
Monitoring KPIs, SLAs, utilisation, and team performance
Supporting the business as it continues to grow and mature
About You
- Previous Service Delivery Manager, Service Manager, Operations Manager, or Team Manager experience
- MSP, Managed Services, IT Services, or Technology background
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities
- Process improvement mindset
- Comfortable operating in a growing and evolving business
