Contract - C# .NET Developer | Defence

Location: Leeds (Hybrid 1 day per week in office)

Rate: £450 to £500 per day

Contract Length: 3-6 months initially

We're hiring for a tech consultancy delivering real impact in the defence sector (experience is highly desirable), and they need a Senior C# .NET engineer who's ready to hit the ground running.

You'll be working across a modern, cloud-native stack with a team that moves fast and builds well. This isn't legacy code and bureaucracy, it's iterative delivery, solid engineering, and work that actually matters.

The stack: .NET 9+, C# · React & TypeScript · Azure · PostgreSQL · Docker, GitHub Workflows · Terraform / Terragrunt

What they need from you:

Strong .NET and C# across modern architectures
Comfortable in Azure and with infrastructure as code
Hands-on with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
Someone who integrates quickly and doesn't need handholding
One day a week in the Leeds office. The rest is remote.
