We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Product Manager with a strong background in retail to join our growing team in Leeds. Working in a hybrid model, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including technology, marketing, and operations to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs
• Lead the full product lifecycle – from discovery through to delivery and optimisation
• Analyse customer behaviour and market trends within the retail sector to identify opportunities
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality product features
• Engage with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and ensure alignment
• Monitor product performance and continuously improve based on data and feedback
• Drive innovation to enhance digital and in-store customer experiences

About You

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within retail, e-commerce, or omnichannel environments
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and retail operations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
• Experience working in Agile environments
