This position is a sales role, you will be working towards targets, have KPI’s to achieve and will be responsible for developing your own clients, from scratch. We need confident, resilient, competitive, down-to-earth individuals who can add value to our business!

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales focused role.
• Developing new business and client relations and looking after key customer relationships.
• Headhunting top industry talent into high-level vacancies.
• Telephone-based work as well as video conferences and face-to-face interactions.
• Working autonomously and independently as well as within a team and to grow your desk.
• Consulting clients to make the decisions when it comes to hiring executive-level staff.

Requirements:

• No previous experience needed, but we are open to people who have had some sales / prior recruitment experience.
• A strong desire to work in a sales role.
• Bachelor’s degree isn’t necessary but is preferred.
• We want driven, confident individuals to fulfil a sales focused role.
• A positive and resilient mentality.
• Be accountable for hitting targets and growing your network within your industry specialism.
