An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded disputes team in Leeds. Working with major corporate clients and public sector bodies across the UK, you will advise on complex, high value litigation matters across a diverse range of sectors while developing your career within a large international law firm.

Description

The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be:

* Managing a varied caseload of high value commercial litigation matters

* Advising major corporate clients and public sector organisations across the UK

* Handling complex contractual disputes from inception through to resolution

* Advising on IT and technology related disputes

* Working on procurement and public sector disputes

* Drafting pleadings, witness statements and key legal documentation

* Working closely with partners and senior lawyers

* Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• * Contributing to business development and client engagement activities

Profile

The Commercial Litigation Solicitor should be/ have;

* A solicitor with between 1 and 3 years PQE

* Experienced in commercial litigation and strong academics

* Comfortable handling complex and high value disputes

* Able to demonstrate strong drafting and analytical skills

* Commercially aware with a client focused approach

* Capable of managing competing priorities in a fast paced environment

* A strong communicator with excellent relationship building skills

• * Motivated to develop their career within a large international law firm

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £68,000 to £77,000 per annum.
