This agency prides itself on creating memorable experiences, building strong client partnerships, and delivering projects to the highest standard. Due to continued growth, they're looking for an experienced Events Manager to join their talented team.
About the role...
As an Events Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the planning and delivery of a variety of events from initial brief through to execution and post-event evaluation.
Working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, you'll ensure every event is delivered seamlessly, on budget, and exceeds expectations.
What you'll be doing day to day...
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of live, virtual, and hybrid events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their key point of contact throughout projects.
- Develop project timelines, schedules, and event plans to ensure smooth delivery.
- Source and manage venues, suppliers, production partners, and event logistics.
- Oversee event budgets, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct site visits and attend events, managing on-site delivery where required.
- Prepare client proposals, presentations, and post-event reports.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts and support new business initiatives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to clients.

What we're looking for...
- Proven experience in an Events Manager role.
- Agency experience is preferred, although client-side candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and supplier relationships.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Calm under pressure and confident managing live event delivery.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine passion for events.
