The Role
We’re looking for an ambitious Influencer & Affiliate Manager to lead and scale our influencer ecosystem across gifted, affiliate, and paid partnerships. This role will sit at the heart of our creator strategy — building long-term relationships, growing affiliate revenue, and launching a highly engaged micro-community of creators.
You’ll be responsible for managing and expanding the men's and women's communities— a gifted micro-influencer group of 120 male & female creators — while also driving performance across affiliate platforms and securing paid influencer partnerships for both female and male talent.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer & Community Management
- Launch, manage, and grow the affiliate communities (120 gifted female/male creators), ensuring strong engagement, brand alignment, and consistent content output
- Own day-to-day communication with creators, including gifting, content guidelines, timelines, and performance feedback
- Build long-term relationships with influencers to support brand advocacy and retention
Affiliate Growth & Revenue
- Launch and scale affiliate revenue across LTK, AWIN, and LoudCrowd
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate influencers across multiple tiers
- Track performance, optimise commission structures, and identify high-performing creators to scale
- Work closely with e-commerce and marketing teams to align campaigns with trading priorities
Paid Influencer Campaigns
- Source, negotiate, and manage paid influencer partnerships across both female and male creators
- Build a diverse influencer pipeline across fashion, lifestyle, fitness, and culture
- Manage budgets, contracts, deliverables, and reporting for paid campaigns
Gym & Studio Partnerships (Pilates/ Women's Fitness)
- Build and manage partnerships with Pilates studios and women’s gyms aligned to the brand
- Onboard and support gym partners, acting as the main point of contact
- Create mutually beneficial activations including gifting, affiliate links, discount codes, and events
- Collaborate on in-studio content, community initiatives, and brand moments
- Track performance through redemptions, affiliate revenue, and engagement
Identify instructors and studios as potential influencer and affiliate talent
Reporting & Strategy
- Monitor KPIs across gifting, affiliate, and paid activity
- Produce regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Spot trends in content, platforms, and creators to inform future strategy

Key Competencies, Behaviours & Experience
· Minimum of 2-3 years proven experience in influencer marketing & content creation (ideally within a similar company).
· Experience managing gifted communities and scaling affiliate revenue
· A passion for engaging with the customer. Ability to think creatively and strategically.
· A proactive attitude with a curiosity to learn and adapt to new social media.
· Highly organised and able to prioritise a busy workload methodically.
· The ability to work both independently and within a team.
· Excellent communication & strong negotiation skills.
· Strong attention to detail.
· High affinity to the Gym King brand, with a keen interest in product.
· Strong project management skills: demonstrated ability to execute successful projects with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment.
· High energy levels & inspiring ability to maintain positive outlook.
· Flexible and open-minded approach to evolving business requirements.
· Able to clearly present to the wider team
· Full UK driving licence.

Working hours: Due to the nature of this role, the hours will be full time (37.5 hours per week) Monday-Friday, although a flexible approach is required at times to meet the needs of the role.
Location: This role is based at Unit 6 Temple Point, Bullerthorpe Lane, Colton, Leeds LS15 9JL. 2 minutes off the M1 J46. 20 minutes from Leeds station. There will be a requirement to travel both nationally and internationally as part of this role.
