The Role

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to:

• Build and manage relationships with candidates and clients
• Source and identify top talent across the technology market
• Conduct candidate interviews and qualification calls
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Develop business opportunities with new and existing clients
• Negotiate offers and support candidates through the hiring process
• Become a trusted market specialist within your sector

What We're Looking For

• A degree or equivalent qualification
