Location: City Centre (Office-first onboarding transitioning to flexible hybrid)
Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 basic | (£36,000 - £39,000 uncapped OTE) + Performance Bonus

About YouPlatforms:
We are a publisher and content marketing agency built on a simple belief: response over vanity metrics. We own our audiences and use intelligent data science to create campaigns that make readers want to take action—without annoying ads or privacy-invading tricks.
Our unique agency model is fast-paced, collaborative, and genuinely fun. We work closely with brand partners to lead their strategy using our audience insights. The result? Our clients see amazing returns, including 400% more conversions and 6x better dwell time.
We’re an ambitious, tight-knit team where everyone has a voice, everyone mucks in, and everyone shares in our success.
What We’re Looking For:
We need a sharp, organised marketeer with at least 3 years of commercial experience (agency or client-side) to join our client services team. This role handles everything post-win: managing digital campaigns from inception and asset collection through to delivery, evaluation, and rebooking.
Our Ideal Candidate:
You have charm, wit, and wicked organisational skills. You’re a people person who can manage stakeholders at every level, build deep trust, and possess the confidence to present big ideas (and politely push back on amends when needed).
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of paid commercial experience delivering digital, marketing, or advertising campaigns from start to finish.
- Strong digital fluency, including a solid grasp of analytics and measurement to prove campaign value.
- Flawless project management skills—you can demonstrate how you keep multiple clients running smoothly beyond just a massive to-do list.
What You’ll Be Doing
- End-to-End Management: Oversee multi-channel digital campaigns from discovery and asset gathering to project plans and deadlines.
- Client Relationship Hub: Act as the main point of contact via phone, video, and email, ensuring clients feel valued, informed, and on-schedule.
- Retention & Growth: Drive client rebooks by delivering world-class service and working with business development to seamlessly onboard new wins.
- Creative Briefing: Translate client insights into clear, actionable briefs for our internal studio team.
- Data-Driven Evaluation: Analyse campaign performance against industry benchmarks to identify continuous improvements.
Work Structure: Collaborative City-Centre Office
We believe the best way to hit the ground running in a fast-paced agency is side-by-side. This role begins as an office-first position during your onboarding and probationary period, ensuring you have all the face-to-face support, training, and team integration you need to succeed. Once you’re flying solo and settled in, we transition to a flexible, trust-based hybrid working model.
What’s on Offer
- Competitive Pay: £33k–£36k basic, with realistic £36k–£39k uncapped OTE.
- Brilliant Time Off: 28 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off (37 days total).
- Culture & Perks: Monthly breakfast club, "Sip & Social" events, an annual performance bonus, and a fantastic city-centre office location.
