We are seeking an experienced End User Support Analyst to join a busy onsite IT support team.

This is a great opportunity for a service-driven support professional with strong technical experience across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and end-user device support.

You will play a key role in assisting business users, resolving a wide range of technical issues, and maintaining a high standard of service across the organisation’s IT environment.

Working within a fast-paced support environment, you will provide both remote and deskside support across laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 applications, and other core end-user technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support across Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 environments
• Manage identity and access requests within Active Directory and Entra ID
• Administer MDM solutions, including device enrolment, compliance, and remote management
• Support a range of devices including laptops, mobiles, and peripherals (docks, monitors, headsets, etc.)
• Investigate recurring issues and contribute to root cause analysis and problem management
• Escalate complex incidents to 3rd line and suppliers with clear technical detail
• Maintain accurate ticketing, asset records, and documentation
• Support knowledge sharing and continuous service improvement initiatives
• Deliver high-quality customer and end-user support across the business
• Background in End User Support / Desktop Support / IT Support Analyst roles
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365
• Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID administration
• Experience supporting MDM platforms and mobile devices
