Pay: Competitive
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 9.00am until 5.30pm
Location: Leeds (Option to work at home Wednesday and Friday)

To support our explosive growth, we are increasing the size of our Finance team. DUSK has a wealth of growth opportunities and the key focus of this role will be to manage the Accounts Payable function of the business, with two direct reports.
This is a varied, fast paced and rewarding role, in a vibrant and fun environment. It would ideally suit someone with experience of managing an Accounts Payable function in a dynamic corporate environment.
Key responsibilities include:
• Responsible for managing the accounts payable function, including processing supplier invoices, preparing payment runs in both GBP and USD and reconciling accounts
• Managing major suppliers accounts, ensuring that all queries are dealt with and invoices processed promptly
• Develop systems and procedures to increase efficiency, quality and timeliness of information
• Ensure appropriate training and development of two direct reports
• Ad hoc analysis to help business decision-making
• Supporting all aspects of Finance as we expand
What will I need to be considered for this vacancy?
• Experience of accounts payable processes and management
• The ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience of using Oracle NetSuite preferable but not required
• Experience of working in foreign currencies preferable but not required
