The Role
We’re hiring a driven Business Development Manager to join us at an exciting growth stage. This role offers fast-track progression, with the opportunity to build and lead your own BDR team within 12 months.
We’re not a typical call centre - we offer a supportive, flexible environment where performance is recognised and rewarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound B2B cold calls via auto-dialler
- Generate qualified leads and book client meetings
- Update and manage CRM records accurately
- Hit daily and weekly targets consistently
- Represent client brands professionally
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year B2B cold calling experience
- CRM experience (preferred)
- Confident communicator with strong phone presence
- Resilient, target-driven mindset
- Professional appearance
What We Offer
- £35,000 base salary
- £60,000+ OTE (Year 1)
