ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – Day to day tasks including but not limited to:
· Develop and implement marketing and commercial strategies to support business growth and international market expansion.
· Identify and develop new business opportunities and support entry into new international markets.
· Coordinate communication and commercial activities with Chinese suppliers and international business partners.
· Assist in establishing and managing supply chain operations and supplier relationships.
· Support the development of internal operational processes and organisational structures to improve business efficiency.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis for international markets.
· Prepare commercial reports, proposals, and marketing materials.
· Work collaboratively with internal teams to support commercial operations and long-term business development.
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience in Marketing, Business, Management, International Trade, or related fields.
· Experience in marketing, commercial operations, or supply chain coordination preferred.
· Strong communication, organisational, and project coordination skills.
· Ability to support new market development and cross-border business operations.
· Familiarity with Chinese suppliers, international markets, and supply chain management is advantageous.
· Mandarin Chinese language skills are advantageous due to supplier and international business communication requirements.
· Ability to analyse market data and develop effective sales strategies.
· Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
· Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving growth.
· Willingness to travel as required.
· Excellent sales discipline and behaviours.

· Reporting to the Executive Leadership Team
