National Account Executive

About the Role

  • We are looking for a motivated and commercially focused National Account Executive to support the management and development of a portfolio of national contract catering and hospitality customers.

  • National Account Manager to develop strategic customer relationships, ensure contract compliance, identify growth opportunities, and support the delivery of business objectives across key accounts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Growth and retention of key customer accounts
  • Development of a healthy sales pipeline.
  • High levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Effective management of customer agreements and service expectations.
  • Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders


About You

You will be a highly organised and customer-focused individual with strong commercial awareness and a passion for building lasting business relationships.


Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in account management, sales, customer service, or hospitality-related sectors.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Commercially aware with an understanding of margin and profit management.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
