About the Role
- We are looking for a motivated and commercially focused National Account Executive to support the management and development of a portfolio of national contract catering and hospitality customers.
- This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys working collaboratively across teams, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving profitable growth. You will work closely with the
- National Account Manager to develop strategic customer relationships, ensure contract compliance, identify growth opportunities, and support the delivery of business objectives across key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth and retention of key customer accounts
- Development of a healthy sales pipeline.
- High levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Effective management of customer agreements and service expectations.
- Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
About You
You will be a highly organised and customer-focused individual with strong commercial awareness and a passion for building lasting business relationships.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in account management, sales, customer service, or hospitality-related sectors.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Commercially aware with an understanding of margin and profit management.
- Strong planning, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
