Role: Oracle Education Manager

Location: Leeds, UK (once in 15 days)

Employment type: Full time Permanent

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in managing training or education services in large IT environments
• Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite / ESR (HR, Payroll, OLM modules preferred)
• Experience working with public sector clients
• Expertise in training lifecycle management (design, delivery, evaluation)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in transition and knowledge transfer programs
• Desirable
• Understanding of BACS/payment processing environments
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management processes
• Experience in audit-compliant training environments
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
